Tree planting ceremony

27 November 2015

A local resident, Laurence Holmes, donated and planted an Oak tree today. Lawrence got in touch recently as he had seen that one of the listed trees was cut down a couple of weeks ago. Laurence was very complimentary about our garden area and was invited to come along to visit Lee Hendon, Chief Executive Officer and was given an insight into what Jaffray Care is all about.
Today was the official planting day by Laurence Holmes and our staff, residents and clients came along to enjoy the occasion by having mince pies, mulled wine and samosas.
The tree will be looked after by our fantastic gardeners and will forever be a symbol of Jaffray Care’s growth and development!
