Jaffray Care would like to highlight the great achievements of our logistics team. This team comprises of four full time driver-escorts. Who have nearly 100 years of previous professional driving experience between them.
By introducing a Logistics Team a more safer, structured and organised approach to meeting and maintaining the transportation needs of all of Jaffray Cares Service users has been achieved.
 
The Logistics Team have evidenced improvements in safety, reliability, transparency, efficiency and quality ensuring that all passengers are transported with dignity and respect, sustaining high standards that have facilitated measurable improvements in type, quality and quantity of opportunities and life experiences for all our service users.
 
This dedicated team have been responsible for setting higher standards so our service users are transported in the safest, most reliable manner, building stable service delivery systems through competency and trust with the emphasis on long term relationships and strong performance.
 
The Logistics Team are driven by focus on the human needs of the service users and have a practical understanding and empathy of the day to day challenges faced by care staff, families and carers which facilitates positive partnership working values and an understanding of the requirement to ensure that service users arrive at their destinations safely and in a timely manner for both appointments and activities and picked up and returned home without concerns, including reliable arrival times, fewer no shows and cancelled appointments, excellent customer service and comprehensive schedules that plan routes and journeys more efficiently and increased co-ordination of trips, routing and billing programmes that ensure prompt turnaround of payments.
 
The Logistics Team have made great improvements in the last few years and deserve a great recognition for their hard work and commitment.
