Long Service Awards 2016

3 November 2016

The 8th Jaffray Long Service Awards, held at Swinfen Hall, Lichfield, marked an amazing night for many staff.

Chairman, Martin McEachran gave a warm introduction and welcome to all those who were receiving an award. Martin discussed how the Charity had flourished in the last year partly due to the consistency of care and dedication of staff. The awards ranged from 25 years to 10 years service. All staff were recognised for their determination to deliver the very best of care.

A presentation was also made to Andy and Valerie Cowley celebrating their 26th Wedding Anniversary on the same night.

25 years service was acknowledged by our Chief Executive, Ms. Lee Hendon to Ralph Barlow, Lime Court’s Clinical Nurse Manager. Colleagues for many years, Lee spoke about the extraordinary dedication and commitment Ralph had given to the nursing profession. Ralph was recognised for his constant professionalism, diplomacy, knowledge and mentorship skills. Here’s to another 25 years !
