Casualty has Charlie Fairhead and Jaffray has Ralph Barlow …. A nursing figure head at the very heart of our professional family with over 40 years service to the NHS and Jaffray Care. Ralph always brought compassion, kindness, stability and sound judgement in all that we all see and love at Lime Court. Indispensable, trustworthy, diplomatic with a wicked sense of humour.
We all say a heart-breaking farewell and happy retirement especially from our CEO Lee who shared a professional relationship with Ralph which spanned over 30 years. Over three decades, Ralph has been an iconic character who is woven into the fabric of Jaffray history. We will miss his craft, his sense of humour and his very presence. We’re also going to miss a friend, colleague, mentor and teacher.
His legacy will always be part of Lime Court as Ralph walked through the doors on day one, 32 years ago. He was core to Lime Court’s success. To mark this special event a brick was laid into the wall of bungalow 31 where he worked for many years. Now he will literally always be part of Lime Court! We will all miss you.
