Our Story
How we are funded
We liaise closely with Strategic and Joint Commissioning Managers so we can continue to provide high quality support for adults with very complex health care needs. Our health and social care professionals at Jaffray Care work with the multi-disciplinary team to carry out full assessments for NHS continuing healthcare and Local Authority funding.
We are funded for consistently delivering outcomes by developing a deep understanding of service user needs, service outcomes and creating strategies to meet them. We continue to maintain strategic relationships with our key partners in the NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Authorities in the regions of Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Solihull and South Staffordshire.
As a not for profit organisation that works with the NHS we are continually able to enhance, develop and commit all funds totally towards creating best in sector services and facilities.
As a charitable organisation we also rely on donations to help us focus on our service delivery and help people stay well for longer, get better faster and become more independent.
In recent years our donations have funded major capital projects, provided medical equipment, decorated and brightened bedrooms and communal areas with colourful and engaging art and have helped service users access the best possible care when they need it most.
