Our People

care management team

We have an experienced team of Care Managers who are led by our Chief Executive Officer. All our Managers are qualified professionals in the field of  nursing, learning disability, challenging needs, complex health care needs and management.  These health needs can include autistic spectrum disorders, mental health, epilepsy, sensory impairment, cerebral palsy, dementia and other physical disabilities.

Our organisational structure is defined by our open culture and clearly reflects the individual and person centred nature of the services we provide. The style of management and the systems and procedures we have developed ensure our services all focus on this key element, enabling us to improve choice and continue to deliver excellent service.
