Jaffray Care are recruiting nurses and support workers in all areas at present to enable us to meet the increase in demand for our services. We are recruiting full-time, part-time and bank workers.
What will you do?
The aim of the work you will do is to enable people with disabilities or complex health care needs to live, where possible, fuller and more independent lives. You will spend most of your time providing one-to-one support to people in their own homes, working alone or in small teams depending on location. You will do this following support plans and getting to know the people you support and listening to their wishes about when, how and what support they would like.
QCF or Diploma level 2/3 and previous experience of working with people with disabilities an advantage, but full training will be provided and all mandatory training is paid for by us.
It is the aim of Jaffray Care to provide outstanding care and support throughout the organisation so it essential that you will be dedicated to providing the highest levels of care that you can.

Training and Development
Continuous staff development is a key part of Jaffray Care philosophy. Ongoing reviews help highlight areas of personal expertise for further advancement through specialised training. All staff undertake statutory training annually and we have a high percentage of staff that we have successfully supported though QCF levels 2,3 and 4.
