Over the weekend we held our annual Long Service Awards at the lovely Fairlawns hotel, a venue that we use regularly. The night is designed to congratulate our long-serving staff on reaching significant milestones in their Jaffray Care career. As ever, there were a number of awardees again this year, which is a testament to the commitment that the employees at Jaffray show.

This year though we also presented our first ever Employee of the Year, an initiative that has been started to reward and thank one member of staff for their hard work for the company.
The inaugural winner of the Employee of the Year award as Fiaz Mohammed. Fiaz has been described by colleague as  a”kind and unassuming” man
Endorsements of his hard working and selfless nature came from many across the business, and although there were many fantastic applications, Fiaz was the clear winner this year, so congratulations!
