Congratulations to a wonderful team who have been nationally recognised for positively leading their service and staff through the pandemic. Their ability to deal with any challenge that was thrown at them and always think outside the box has to be applauded. True and inspirational leaders in every sense and women who kept their heads when everyone else was beginning to lost theirs! Always held the line, stood face on and front line. Strong and supportive. They represent every Care Manager who has worked through this pandemic and deserves recognition for keeping everyone safe and alive in their care while also dealing with loss and uncertainty.
