What an amazing Spring Jaffray Care had, it has been so nice to reflect on all the fun activities and some amazing achievements. Comic relief Day, Saint Georges Day Day, V.E Day , even a Where’s Wally Day. We were also very proud to have Care Manager Rachel shortlisted for Outstanding Contribution to Social Care award and Care Manager Tracey shortlisted for Learning Disabilities Nurse of the year at the 2025 National Learning Disabilities and autism awards on the 5th of July. Fingers crossed for both of them. 
Activity Hub Garden Makeover Update
